In December 2020, my life took a devastating turn.

It began with a seemingly innocent Boxing Day, but soon, extreme vomiting and unrelenting pain became my harsh reality.

As the days passed, my condition worsened, leaving me feeling utterly defeated.

By New Year's Eve, I found myself in a doctor's office, desperately seeking answers.

However, fate seemed to conspire against me as there were no available clinics open on New Year's Eve.

Despite my worsening symptoms, I made the difficult decision to wait until the New Year to seek further medical attention.

Little did I know, this decision would mark the beginning of a long and arduous journey.

Finally, on January 8th, 2021, I underwent a scan that revealed the gravity of my situation.

The diagnosis was grim: a severely blocked bile duct, pancreatitis, diverticulitis, and the beginnings of jaundice.

My body was in crisis, and urgent intervention was required.

What followed was a harrowing ordeal of emergency surgery.

However, complications arose, and my bowel was accidentally cut during the procedure, leading to a cascade of life-threatening complications.

Sepsis set in, and my organs began to shut down.

In the face of overwhelming odds, I found myself at a crossroads, forced to make difficult decisions about my future.

Amidst the darkness, whispers of hope emerged.

Through a series of synchronistic events, I was introduced to Benjamin Kowal, a Regeneration Coach. Despite the scepticism of conventional medicine, I knew I had to explore this unconventional path to healing.

From the moment I connected with Ben, I felt a glimmer of hope.

Through his guidance, I embarked on a journey of transformation, reclaiming my health and vitality.

We delved deep into the root causes of my illness, addressing not just the physical symptoms but also the underlying emotional and spiritual imbalances.

Together, we navigated the complexities of detoxification, nutrition, and holistic wellness.

Ben's approach was holistic and compassionate, rooted in the belief that the body has an innate ability to heal when given the right support.

As the months passed, I witnessed remarkable changes unfold.

From the depths of despair, I emerged stronger and more resilient than ever before.

With each passing day, my body reclaimed its vitality, and my spirit soared.

Through the guidance of Ben and the principles of Invictus, I discovered a newfound sense of purpose and vitality.

Life became a vibrant tapestry of possibilities, and I embraced each moment with gratitude and joy.

Today, as I reflect on my journey, I am filled with profound gratitude for the transformative power of healing.

My experience with Invictus has not only restored my health but has also truly empowered me to live my best life, not just to run a company called it.

In the words of William Ernest Henley, "I am the master of my fate; I am the captain of my soul."

With Ben by my side, I have reclaimed my sovereignty and forged a path of healing and wholeness.

As I look to the future, I do so with hope and optimism.

My journey with Invictus has taught me that healing is not just about overcoming illness; it's about embracing life with vitality and purpose.

To anyone facing their own health challenges, I offer this message of hope:

You are not alone.

With courage, determination, and the support of compassionate guides like Ben, you too can embark on a journey of transformation and renewal.

Together, let us embrace the journey of healing and reclaim our birthright to vibrant health and vitality.

For five decades, Dr. Morse has taught people worldwide the keys to health and vitality. Here, you too can learn from his wealth of knowledge in the art and science of true healing.

A culture of ‘Pharmaceutical medicine vs Natural medicine’; an ‘US’ against ‘THEM’, ‘mine is better than yours’ paradigm. Two powerful modalities currently standing largely in opposition to one another, albeit working toward the same intended goal; the goal of health and wellbeing throughout communities, and the success of humanity.

We (Invictus) believe the roles of each are integral to society, however the current standpoint of ‘opposition’ suffocates the combined power that otherwise could be unleashed on the world if the two forces were to combine in a considered, systematic approach toward true health and human empowerment.

The medical man is a wizard in the case of true emergency. A snake bite, broken limb, or otherwise critical condition needs the medical man to intervene as a first line treatment; failure to do so would result in a health catastrophe for the patient. They are also the ‘rich kids with the cool toys’, and have access to potent diagnostic tools that are advantageous in some cases to better understand a situation, and provide credible tracked feedback of results during a healing process, both medical and alternative.

The medical man can re-set a broken bone, stabilize a critical situation or get a patient just to the other side of ‘pain’… but this is where the medical man’s powers abruptly stop. They don’t have the knowledge, training or sound processes to assist a patient from ‘just the other side of pain’ to true health, in fact, in there attempt to do so, they only further condemn a person to enervation and a deeper state of reliance on pharmaceutical support to manage never-ending loops of pain & dysfunction on a cycle we refer to as, ‘the pain cycle’.

A logical and considered approach, one based on foundational physiology and chemistry (alternate therapy), has been proven to support a patient to exit a destructive pain cycle entirely, recover neurology and structure through improved energy production capabilities, and ultimately restore a level of vital health that requires only their own diligence to a lifestyle that nurtures it – nothing medical needed. This is where Invictus shines.

The long game of the INVICTUS mission is to build a strong and viable bridge between the two warring modalities, recognizing the limitations of each, while combining the powers of both for the most complete and ultimate level change in healthcare this world would have ever seen.

Navigating the Body: The Significance of Mobility and Anatomical Understanding

Introduction

Our bodies are intricate masterpieces, composed of interconnected systems and structures that work harmoniously to facilitate movement, growth, and survival. As we go about our daily lives, our mobility serves as a fundamental aspect of our existence. Understanding the anatomical planes is crucial for appreciating the complexity of our body's design and unlocking the potential for optimal movement. In this section, we'll delve into the significance of mobility and the importance of comprehending the anatomical planes.

The Essence of Mobility

Mobility is the ability to move freely and efficiently, and it's not just about walking or running. Every time we raise an arm, bend a knee, or even blink our eyes, we're experiencing the wonders of mobility. This physical freedom is indispensable for completing tasks, engaging in physical activities, and maintaining a high quality of life.

Anatomical Planes: The Blueprint of the Body

Imagine trying to assemble a puzzle without understanding the shapes and connections of the pieces. Similarly, trying to understand the body's functionality without grasping the concept of anatomical planes is like navigating through a maze with a blindfold. Anatomical planes are imaginary divisions that help us comprehend the body's structures and movements in relation to one another.

The three primary anatomical planes are:

  1. Sagittal Plane: This divides the body into left and right halves, allowing us to observe movements that occur from front to back. Movements like walking, flexion, and extension largely take place in this plane.
  2. Frontal Plane: This divides the body into front and back sections, enabling us to perceive movements that occur from side to side. Movements like lateral bending and abduction occur in the frontal plane.
  3. Transverse Plane: This horizontal division separates the body into upper and lower portions, offering insight into rotational movements such as twisting and pronation.

The Link Between Mobility and Anatomical Understanding

To fully appreciate the importance of mobility, it's essential to grasp the relationship between the anatomical planes and movement. By understanding how the body's structures interact within these planes, we can fine-tune our movements for efficiency, reduce the risk of injury, and enhance our overall physical capabilities. For instance, if you're a fitness enthusiast, comprehending the anatomical planes can help you design workouts that target specific muscle groups effectively. If you're a healthcare professional, this understanding can aid in diagnosing injuries and planning rehabilitative exercises that align with the body's natural interconnections.

Enhancing Daily Life Through Mobility

  1. Preventing Injury: When we move with awareness of the anatomical planes, we minimize strain on our joints and muscles. This proactive approach can significantly reduce the risk of common injuries associated with improper movement.
  2. Aging Gracefully: As we age, our mobility can decline. However, by maintaining a routine that considers the anatomical planes and practicing movement that aligns with them, we can slow down this process and continue to enjoy, even improve, an active lifestyle.
  3. Improved Performance: Athletes, dancers, and performers of all kinds benefit from an in-depth understanding of these planes. By optimizing their movements, and paying attention to the stabilising structures they rely on, they can ever-evolve in their performance potential and reduce the likelihood of fatigue injuries.

Conclusion

In a world where sedentary lifestyles are becoming increasingly common, understanding the significance of mobility and anatomical planes is essential. Our bodies are gifts that allow us to experience life's wonders, and by taking the time to understand their intricate design, we can move more efficiently, prevent injuries, and ultimately enhance our daily experiences. So, celebrate your body, embrace its ability to be mobile, and take the time over the coming chapters to comprehend this anatomical concept that shapes our movements, and how you can leverage it to your greatest benefit.
