Understand the Process

General Guide

  • Start at the beginning and refrain from skipping sections/phases. All elements serve a deeper and multi-faceted purpose, with each part integral to the one that succeeds it.
  • The Workbook is designed to follow along with the flow of the online lessons and topics providing a 'book style' access option to those who would prefer it.
  • The Course Manual contains a deeper understanding of the 'what', 'why' & 'how' regarding regenerative detoxification. This resource is valuable for those who enjoy going granular on detail.
  • The Recipe Book is a resource, along with the raw diet sample meal plan, to assist those that find transitioning to raw challenging. That said, please understand there is no need for variety over this program. eg. If you get started on oranges (any fruit) and you find that you could happily live on them for 2 weeks, then do it. Trust your taste and intuition, and if you're unsure, ask your coach.
  • The QUICK RESOURCE Section is there to provide quick access to some of the more sought after materials from the course manual.
  • Read each working section (Phase) thoroughly from start to finish and ensure you understand it before commencing.
  • Please attend the scheduled inception sessions and bring all your questions with you.
  • We don’t mind if you need to ask the same question multiple times over. Please don’t stop asking us until you are confident you have a firm grasp and application of the answer. Your mind will thank you for your relentless diligence.
  • If you become symptomatic, please refrain from consulting Google for explanations. Google results typically do not consider the context in which we are working and can offer you a range of diagnosis potentials that are scary and couldn’t be further from the truth.
  • Book a Q&A session to discuss any changes you are experiencing, or raise them at scheduled group sessions. If you are an enrolled member experiencing confusing symptoms, please lean on your support coach via the preferred communication platform for an explanation and management strategy.
  • Trust your own judgement. You know yourself better than anyone. If any of the suggestions in the protocols conflict with your core beliefs or an instruction you have been given by your medical professional, please seek advice before continuing.
    • Furthermore, If you ever feel unsafe in your body, please visit the emergency department of your nearest hospital without hesitation for peace of mind and onsite support.   • Have fun with it! Although there is a level of discipline that must be adopted to succeed, the journey into higher levels of vital health should come with a sense of freedom and joy. Specifically Dental

  • For many of you, the dietary element of the protocols discussed in this manual represent radical changes in the foods you have typically consumed to date. This means that your teeth are going to be met with a level of ‘shock change’ that you need to be mindful of. The best practices we suggest in this space are to:
  • Visit your dentist prior to commencing to get a baseline status of your dental health.
  • Schedule a re-check after 12 weeks (or at any time you suspect an issue arising) and Clean your teeth regularly in accordance with your dentist’s recommendations.
  • For context, we have only ever seen dental improvements through this process, however if you have underlying or existing dental issues coming into the program, you are likely to experience them more so as your body begins to clean it up; if you know about it, you can plan for it.

It is important to keep in mind that DETOXIFY™ deals primarily with the detoxification process only, and while this is the most immediate focus to undertake in healing, it isn’t the only consideration of the greater journey.
