INNER BALANCE THROUGH COHERANCE


The Inner Balance Coherence Plus from HeartMath provides you with a biometric device specific to measuring the balance (coherence) of your autonomic nervous system (ANS).

Among other things, the ANS is comprised of the parasympathetic branch (PSN), engaged to promote the 'rest & digest' state, and the sympathetic branch (SNS) which kicks into gear at the need to fight or take flight.

These two branches are like the clutch and accelerator pedals in your car, when they are working together in unison everything moves well, this is what we refer as good nervous regulation. Dysregulation of the nervous system happens when both pedals are jammed to the floor (full revs and no momentum results causing the 'burnout').
