A GUIDE TO THE RAW DIET
Remember
- There is no limitation on how much, and how often you can consume raw foods (fruits, melon, berries, salads & veg).
- Fruits, Melon & Berries are your power players in regenerative detoxification, so preference those above all else.
- Salads & vegetables should be used to manage your journey to 100% fruit, or to take the edge of detox symptoms if they exceed your tolerance.

Your daily intake of fuels (diet) is an essential part of your detoxification, or elimination abilities. Each level digs deeper into the body lymphatic system interstitially for a more thorough detoxification. One can move back of forth between the three guideline sets below, keeping in mind that the results will vary accordingly. Results are determined by the urgency/ importance of goal at the time.
When it comes to raw fruits, melons & berries, there is no limitation to the volume and frequency you can consume on this protocol.

Raw Diet Level 1
(for a moderate detox)

Choose any of the following and/or a smoothie combination in unlimited quantities
