Helpful Hint: Create a file on your device called My IHH Program. There are a series of forms used throughout this program that collect your data to help you track your process & progress. Save each completed form to your IHH Program file for easy access & correlation. The data flow is extremely useful when discussing your case with a an IHH Health Coach (IHC).
