Use the diary in this section to keep yourself on track & accountable by recording the information it calls for across the duration of week 1.

Helpful Hint: Create a file on your device called My IHH Program. There are a series of forms used throughout this program that collect your data to help you track your process & progress. Save each completed form to your IHH Program file for easy access & correlation. The data flow is extremely useful when discussing your case with a an IHH Health Coach (IHC).

Baseline Observations 

Record your biometric data in the fields below.

If your protocol calls for a Baseline Report to be completed today, you will find that form separately in the course materials. The below data can be copied across either way, you don't need to take two separate readings in a day. 

BLOOD PRESSURE

Take 3 consecutive readings from each arm. The fields required to capture the data will open in the form as you make your entries.

If you have taken your BP readings already today as part of a scheduled Baseline Test, simply enter the average for all three into the L Arm Average & R Arm Average respectively. You don't need to take them again.
