Please note that this type of diet will provoke rapid hydration and cleaning. This sounds fantastic but speed in a detox can cause a lot of discomfort. Please discuss your intentions to run an advanced start with your assigned support coach who can provide a deeper insight, and critical question list to ensure that this level is, in fact, for you.


GRAPE FAST

Grapes in particular hold the title of ‘tumor busters’ in our world given their ability to rapidly reverse engineer the causal internal environment from hostile to harmonious.

When consumed alongside Dr Morse’s Healing herbs we have witnessed many lymphomas and organ cancers breakdown, and in some cases, undergo complete atrophy in less than 60 days.

Grapes drastically elevate energetics within the body, its is not unusual for symptoms of rapid elimination to occur in the early stages of a grape-only diet. Manage the rate within your own personal window of tolerance, and if you need to slow it down, revert to level 1 or 2 of our standard raw diet.

HOW TO PREPARE YOUR GRAPE JUICE

  • 1kg of washed grapes. Any grape is ok, however red or dark, seeded grapes are best (the darker the grape, the higher the antioxidant content).
  • Juice the grapes, stems and seeds included, using a cold press juicer. Hurom make a good range of juicers fit for this purpose.
  • Only make enough to see you through the day, and refrigerate after it is made. This juice shouldn’t be left to stand overnight.

HOW TO CONSUME IT

Drink your prepared Grape Juice as MUCH and as OFTEN as you can/want. Drink ONLY this and consume no other food or liquid while undertaking this portion of the CATALYST work. The duration of this fast will be recommended as discussed with your health coach, in consideration of your particular condition.

This fast has been recommended from 3-75 days with profound success, but regardless of the tenure you agree to with your coach, as always, these protocols are real-time and tenure may change based upon your feedback of progression, symptoms and any concerns – check in with your coach daily!

Relax into the routine of this work, it is one of the single most powerful aspects in the CATALYST protocol and will serve you greatly.

NB1: Check in with your coach once daily, or as often as required, while undertaking any focused protocol.

NB2: If you are dealing with significant fluid retention issues, especially of the axial (underarm) areas or lungs, limit Juicing. Consume whole red/dark grapes only.


LEMON FAST

The Lemon is used for its high astringency, electrolyte content and mucoid catabolic properties. This inspires Lymphatic ‘pull’ and hydration, along with the destruction of inhibitory mucoid plaquing.

How to prepare you Lemon-Aide

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 TBSP. Lemon or Lime Juice (Approx. ½ Lemon or 1 full Lime). Use fresh lemon or lime only, nothing canned or frozen
  • 2 TBSP. Genuine Maple Syrup. Grade B is best (do not use Maple flavoured sugar syrup; read ingredients on the packaging carefully as the front label can be misleading)
  • Raw Sovereign Honey, Raw Agave Syrup, Pure Sorghum Syrup or Black Strap Molasses can be used as a substitute if Maple is unavailable
  • A pinch of Cayenne Pepper (Approx.1⁄10 tsp)

METHOD

Simply combine the juice, syrup, and cayenne pepper in a 295ml (10oz) glass and fill with warm distilled, or reversed osmosis water. Cold water may be used if preferred.

HOW TO TAKE IT

Drink your prepared Lemon-Aide as MUCH and as OFTEN as you can/want. Drink ONLY this and consume no other food or liquid while undertaking this portion of the work.

If you choose it, this fast will likely be recommended for 1-20 days by your Invictus Coach, based on your particular set of circumstances and feedback. MANY ASK: WHY CAYENNE PEPPER?

The Cayenne Pepper is used with this formula as it adds extra Vitamin C and B-Complex properties. It also increases warmth for additional ‘lift’. For those not used to hot peppers, start with a dash and increase it as you are able. It’s important to note that you don’t want this to ‘burn’. If you apply to much to the point you experience an uncomfortable ‘burn’, you are detracting from the purpose of the medicine; ‘Warmth’ is the desired ‘felt’ response we are looking to achieve. If any amount of Cayenne is too much. You can, and should, omit, attempt it again over the course of the fast.
