BEFORE WE BEGIN
Before you begin your program, please take the time to complete the forms throughout this pre-work.
These serve to provide us with a detailed assessment of your current health status which allows us to set you up for the greatest success.
There is also an opportunity to review the program T&C’s, I urge you to take the time to review these ensuring you understand the privileges, limitations, expectations and obligations of the program work.
Once all forms have been completed, you will gain access to the main course content and a 1:1 consultation will be booked between you and your support coach. Shortly after that consult, your program kit will be prepared and sent to you; once all the items have arrived, you are ready for your formal inception into the program.
Please remember to mark each section ‘complete’ to progress the prework to 100%. Only then will the main program appear in your profile.
