Standard Baseline Test

To complete the baseline tests you will need

• A sample of your Urine from your first bladder release of the day.
  • The sample should at least half fill a clear, clean 600g glass bottle/jar.
• The below document to conduct and capture the data.
• Blood pressure machine.
• PH testing strips.
• Thermometer (underarm readings).

Get familiar with this process as it is used a number of times throughout the program.

Please collect your initial sample first thing tomorrow morning and record your findings in the report below. This will serve as your base test for the program.
